There is a $50 deposit on all session types and packages. This is how I hold your date for your session. This deposit is non refundable. However, all sessions are able to be rescheduled if you have a conflict.
2. How do you plan senior sessions?
Once your deposit has been paid to hold the date. You will get a questionnaire from me asking all kinds of detailed questions. This questionnaire is the key to my planning abilities. Please make sure you fill this out. If you have anything specific, give me those details. Then we will talk and make sure we are on the same page.
3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
I understand that life happens. I also understand that we live in Iowa, the most unpredictable weather climate in America. You may cancel your session if something just isn't working out, however your deposit is not refundable. That is just my policy to ensure people follow through when they book. However, rescheduling is strongly encouraged and I work hard to accommodate the best. I can for both of us. Never hesitate to reach out.
4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?
Included in your session are digital files. You will receive High resolution and fully edited Digital files formatted for Digital use and Print production. I also offer on my site direct ordering for print production products. You ordered directly through my site and 3rd party professional print production experts prepare and ship your merchandise directly to you.
