To keep everything organized

 

To confirm the date and time you want for your session, I require a $50 deposit to be paid to hold the date. This deposit is applied toward whatever package you select.  This is a non-refundable deposit.

Once you have paid your deposit, your date is set!   You will immediately get a questionnaire from me asking you lots of detailed questions about your senior, what your thoughts are for their session and any other bits of information that I can use to thoughtfully and carefully plan your session with me to really highlight who they are.

I will be in contact with you as we go to ask questions, run idea by you, and communicate all the details for your time with me.  You can reach out to me anytime to ask any questions and share any thoughts along the way.  

 

FAQ

 

How do I know what to wear?

I will be sending you a senior session planning guide to help you through that process. This will b a great tool to use to help you not feel so overwhelmed.

What is bad weather is expected or our session?

I am constantly observing the weather. I understand and am flexible when it comes to weather concerns. We will find a different day that works for everyone. I will communicate with you as soon as I feel that they are correct in the forecast and we will make adjustments as necessary.

WHAT IF WE HAVE AN ILLNESS ON THE DATE OF OUR SESSION?

Being a Mom of 4 kids...I understand that things are not in our control at times. You just let me know what is going on and I will be as flexible as my schedule allows and we will work together to find an alternative time to allow for the sickness to pass.

WHAT DOES MY PACKAGE INCLUDE FOR PHOTOS?

I capture what your Senior is comfortable with. Any images that we capture are FULLY edited and you get them all. I do not have you pick and choose what I do and don't edit. Your packages includes them all. Fully edited.

Your package also ncludes:

Digital Print and Print Production permissions. You get both sets of images.

An available option on my photography site is the option to order directly from professional print production companies printed images shipped directly to you.


My Process

 

1.Confirm date

Select the date that works for you.

Pay the deposit to hold that date.

Date is held for you.

 

2.Complete Questionaire

Once your deposit is paid, you will get a questionnaire about your senior.  The more details you can give me, the better.  This is what I use to plan your session.

I use this information to determine your locations and what outfits should be worn with which spot. We will be communicating along the way to make sure we are on the same page.  

This questionnaire is the backbone to your session.

 

3.Day of session

We will meet at our pre-determined location.

I typically like to physically see all that you have brought with you to make sure that I am able to see what we need to incorporate to ensure I bring your vision to life.

Then we go have fun!!!

 

4.Delivering photos

Sneak Peeks 2 days after your session.

This will give you a glimpse of what you can expect to see from your session with me.


I tell my clients to give me 2 weeks to complete their galleries. If I feel that I need more time, I will let you know that when I send you your sneaks.  I typically know that info when I am at your session and I will do my best to give you a good timeframe.  My galleries never take me longer than 3 weeks.  The only time I need more then 2 weeks is if there is a good deal of specific editing required. {acne, highly public local and need to remove unwanted photo bombers :), etc}
